These terms explain who can enter, how to enter at NZ Fieldays 2026, what the prize includes, and how the winner is selected and contacted.

1. Competition overview
The promoter of this competition is Trenchmate (the "Promoter"). By entering the Fieldays Tackle Haul competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to New Zealand residents who attended NZ Fieldays 2026.
Participants must be 18 years or older.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry method
To enter, participants must complete the official entry form on the Trenchmate website by following the QR code provided at Fieldays.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. Competition period
The competition opens at 8:00am NZ time on Wednesday, 10 June 2026 and closes at 2:00pm NZ time on Saturday, 13 June 2026.
Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
5. Prize details
The prize is a Trenchmate Tackle Haul, including a Yeti Gear Case, Shimano Tiger Baki Baki Plus Slow Jig Lure, and Berkley Gulp! 6 Inch Squid Vicious Softbait.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Winner selection and notification
The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries at Fieldays.
The winner will be announced at Fieldays and on Trenchmate social media channels and then contacted by email and/or phone using the details supplied with the entry.
If the winner does not respond within ten business days, Trenchmate may draw a new winner at its discretion.
7. Privacy and data collection
By entering, participants consent to their information being collected and used for marketing purposes by Trenchmate.
Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Participants can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
8. General terms
Trenchmate reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise.
Trenchmate is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
Trenchmate's decision in all matters relating to this competition is final.
